So there’s a passage, a little bit strange passage in the Bible and it says we will reign forever and ever in his Everlasting Kingdom. So it says here this is Revelation chapter 22 verse 5
“there shall be no night there. They need no lamp nor light of the Sun for the Lord God gives them light and they shall reign forever and ever.”
So it says we will reign forever and ever. So who do we reign over? So that’s the question and the answer is in the Book of Revelation.
This is revelation 22:14 “blessed are those who do his commandments that they may have the right to the tree of life and may enter through the gates into the city but outside are dogs and sorcerers and sexually immoral and murderers and idolators and whoever loves and practices a lie”
So unlike most Christians believe this is how God’s Everlasting kingdom is set up. So those who are saved in this age they will be in the New Jerusalem, the New Jerusalem City and outside are these immoral people, and um those who are saved now they have attained immortality and they live in the New Jerusalem City, but outside they are the immoral and Immortal people. So when you are in the New Jerusalem City then you will get to reign over the people outside of that city.
So that’s the basic structure of the Everlasting Kingdom and those outside of the New Jerusalem City they will actually form many nations in the new earth. So it says here Revelation chapter 21 verse 24 “and the nations of those who are saved shall walk in its light and the kings of the earth bring their glory and honor into it.”
So outside of that new New Jerusalem City there will be many nations and there are Kings over them and the Kings will bring their Glory and Honor into the New Jerusalem City. So the glory and honor of the kings are their produces. So they are gifts and produces and their taxes to the New Jerusalem City.
So all who are living in the New Jerusalem City, actually they don’t get to do actual work to produce all those goods but they will just reign over the people outside and they will work like officials of God and people outside they will actually do all the actual work to produce all the goods and they will pay tax like some of the goods they produce they will pay them to the New Jerusalem city as tax.
And um at the time God will not allow any pollution in the new Earth so there will be no like a Industries or machines running on oil. There will be no such thing so all the farmers outside of the New Jerusalem City they will have to work the ground with their hands and maybe they will use the animal to harvest the crops but basically the technology will be reversed back to like Stone Age; maybe not the Stone Age but the Iron Age so actually they will work very hard with their hands to like, you know how hard it is to harvest all the crops; you have to do all of them by your hands and using your animal, no more machines, so it will be a very hard work for them.
So the Bible says in the end of the Thousand Year Kingdom people outside of the Jerusalem City will rebel against God, so in the Thousand Years Kingdom the basic structure of the Thousand Years Kingdom will be similar to the everlasting kingdom of God.
So Jesus Will descend on the White Horse with the saved ones down to the Jerusalem area and then they will reign from there over all the Earth and people outside will get to live like a thousand years and then they will work with their hands and then just like the Everlasting kingdom of God they will bring in their taxes and all the goods to the Jerusalem City. So at the end they will have all this like complains, so why do we have to work this hard so just to feed them in the Jerusalem City so the Bible says in the end of the Thousand Years Kingdom the people outside will gather like the clouds against the Jerusalem City and attack.
So just like that in the Everlasting kingdom of God people outside are the immortal people and they will work very hard to provide for the people in the New Jerusalem City so they will have in their hearts some complaints I would imagine but the citizens of the New Jerusalem City will, actually they will participate in the joy of God and they will rest so Bible talks about people entering God’s rest. So in this age of mankind we work hard for God but in the next age in his kingdom we will rest with God and we will participate in his Joy enjoying all the goods that God provides.
So when I think about that I am filled with hope and anticipation of that Everlasting kingdom of God so I made this video so that you are encouraged by these words in the Bible so that we can work hard for God in this age so that we can enjoy all that is provided in his kingdom and um I wish you blessings so that you are invited into that kingship and you will reign forever and ever in his kingdom.
